2021… we made it! Can we just give ourselves a round of applause!?

Many of us began this year with tons of questions about whether the world would be getting back to “normal” after the roller coaster we all experienced in 2020 due to COVID-19. Surely, some of us were met with fear and a lack of closure. Questions like:

Will Costco run out of toilet paper again?

Do our children have to spend the entire day at school in masks?

Will the real estate market crash? and of course,

Will the pandemic finally come to an end? flooded the minds of the best of us.

BUT—

In a unique way, we also were met with many wins. 77 countries around the world banned the use of plastic bags (Go green!), Juneteeth became a federal holiday, the United Nations officially declared 2021 the ‘Year of International Peace and Trust,’  AND the real estate market stayed as hot as ever.
