Sherri Patterson is ranked the #1 KW Realtor in Northern California and Hawaii. She is an experienced realtor who has served the El Dorado, Placer, Yolo and Sacramento counties for more than 18 years. Specializing in residential real estate and relocation, Sherri works relentlessly to make sure that her clients get the best offer or price at the optimal time—while remaining compassionate, dedicated and honest. She has lived in El Dorado Hills for more than 22 years, which gives her the unique blend of experience, knowledge and skills necessary to serve move up and down buyers, physicians, corporations, friends and families in the Greater Sacramento area.
What sets Sherri apart is her marketing, negotiating, open communication and commitment to her client’s wants and needs. FRAN Cammarota, BROKER ASSOCIATE
For 28 years, Fran Cammarota has worked in the real estate industry as an agent, broker and developer. Fran grew up in the Sacramento area, graduating from Jesuit High School and earning his MBA in finance from CSU Sacramento. He lives with his wife of 28 years and children in Folsom. In his free time, Fran enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and maintaining his health at the gym.
ELSA Carvalho, Executive Assistant & REALTOR®
Elsa Carvalho has 18 years of real estate experience and brings her industry knowledge, customer service skills, organization and commitment to personal growth to the Sherri Patterson Team. As a licensed agent, Elsa has successfully negotiated hundreds of short sales and uses her unique experience to improve efficiency and growth on our team. When she’s not supporting the team, Elsa spends time with her husband and two daughters.
TONI ZARGARI, Marketing director
Toni Zargari is a talented designer, copywriter and social media maven with more than 11 years of experience in marketing. Since receiving her bachelor's degree in English/ Journalism from Chapman University in 2008, Toni has worked in the publishing, real estate and property management industries. Originally from southern California, she brings a fresh, creative approach to the team. In addition to handling our marketing and social media, Toni spends her time writing music and with her husband and toddler.
JENIFER SPRAGUE, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Jenifer Sprague comes to the team with 18 years of real estate experience in the Indianapolis area where she worked primarily with relocation clients, including physicians. Jenifer graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Interpersonal & Organizational Communications and provides clients with excellent knowledge, advice and negotiating skills. Jenifer and her husband have a combined 8 adult children and enjoy visiting them and traveling whenever possible.
