You may have noticed a lot of changes with our team lately! We joined GUIDE Real Estate, re-branded and launched our new website last month. We also threw an amazing launch party with our team, business and vendor partners (see pics below)!

All of these changes were carefully planned to elevate our business and provide more reach for our amazing clients who are looking to buy, sell or relocate to the Greater Sacramento area.

During this transition we also have been seeking out opportunities to expand our education, experience and resources for our luxury clients.

Which is why we're excited to share that each of our agents have earned their Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) designation. We have also received GUILD™ recognition. 

What this means?

The CLHMS™ designation is earned by Institute Members with documented sales performance in the top 10% of their market.

The GUILD™ recognition is awarded after earning the CLHMS™ designation, and closing two transactions in the million-dollar and above residential market.
