3 Ways to Enjoy the Outdoors with Your Kids + Local Events

Playing outside is an important way for kids to get active and stay healthy both mentally and physically. This month, make plans with your kids to get out and enjoy the outdoors! We put together a list of ideas and events worth looking into this month in the Sacramento area.

1. GET FIT OUTDOORS

Incorporating family workouts that feel more like play is a great way to get everyone in your family off the couch, bonding, and burning calories. Whether you sign your kids up for spring sports (soccer, baseball, or swimming, for example), or join an outdoor yoga class, exploring fitness outdoors with the kiddos can be a win for the whole family.
